Architecture and Infrastructure Design

DePIN Foundations: What Powers the Network

At the core of SxMiner’s infrastructure is a decentralized network of node operators — individuals, businesses, and collectives who contribute real-world mining hardware to the network in exchange for token rewards. Each miner is treated as a DePIN node, subject to performance benchmarking, uptime monitoring, and reward scaling based on output verification.

To maintain trust and accuracy, each node must stream telemetry data into the SxMiner cloud system — including hash rate, power consumption, thermal profiles, and hardware logs. This data is recorded and hashed on Solana to ensure verifiability and tamper-proof transparency.

Node operators are rewarded in $SXMR for:

  • Supplying hashpower

  • Maintaining uptime above SLA thresholds

  • Participating in carbon efficiency optimizations

  • Submitting validated telemetry

The DePIN model allows SxMiner to scale rapidly across borders without owning or operating centralized data centers, similar to how Helium or Render decentralize their respective hardware layers.

Cloud Infrastructure and Permissionless Node Registry

SxMiner’s cloud infrastructure is designed as a modular, extensible system with the following components:

  • Node Registry Layer: Allows any qualified miner to join the network after submitting KYC (if jurisdiction requires), hardware specs, and location data.

  • Telemetry Layer: Continuously ingests real-time data from machines to validate uptime, hash performance, and energy source.

  • Monitoring Layer: Provides transparency to end users and real-time alerts to node operators.

  • Reward Engine: Distributes BTC rewards (converted to wBTC or SOL-based wrappers if needed) to all eligible participants.

All node onboarding, hardware status reporting, and reward distributions are automated through smart contracts and executed on Solana for high efficiency and low cost.

Sustainability by Design

SxMiner has embedded sustainability into its core infrastructure:

  • Green Energy Integration: Preference is given to mining rigs that run on renewable energy. Node operators can boost their reward tier by submitting green energy certificates or verifiable on-chain energy proofs (e.g., via Rowan Energy).

  • Carbon Offset Partnerships: A percentage of network revenue is directed toward carbon offset credits and environmental restoration programs, governed through the DAO.

  • User Transparency: All energy source data is accessible to the public, allowing users to filter or prioritize nodes they support based on sustainability scores.
